5S implementation is one of the smartest things you can do for your business, without a doubt. Your clutter will vanish, you will know where every single thing is in your shop, and everybody will be happier and more productive. What more could you ask for!

Here’s a simple way to plant teamwork mindset in your company: create events that involve all your employees, such as sport tournament, music and dance events, team contests, etc.

Then you use a lean concept called “pull.” Let your need determine what gear you buy as you upgrade. Optimally, you should never own a piece of equipment or software that you don’t use regularly. That would be waste. In manufacturing, if you have the capacity to produce more than is being demanded by the customer, you should look for ways to REDUCE your capacity! I know, crazy right? But the object is to MATCH capacity to need. If you have more of one than another, an imbalance occurs that will have negative consequences somewhere along the line.

The reality is that identifying what brings you happiness and fulfills a sense of purpose is the best way to find your ideal job. Here are four quick tips to keep you moving in the right direction.

Are all of things they order something that is needed for a project or for repairs? If you adhere to lean materials, accountability for all orders should be followed. Record keeping is a big part of soluciones lean theories.Record keeping should be a big part of “common sense”. What was ordered last year and how was it used in making you money? It’s time for you to do your job. Teach, coach, mentor, etc. you want to use this time to build the capability of your people so they can execute the system flawlessly. Reward proper behavior, address the things that are going wrong, but don’t beat people up over it. If you do it right, you’ll come in one day and realize that suddenly everything just works… And it’s at that point that you’ve changed the culture.
