If you have followed the same diet program and exercise routine, chances are good that your body has adapted. It has become used to your efforts and you will not see any increased benefits from your diet or your workout.

Each time you start to overdo it with food, or you don’t want to exercise, look at the photo to remind yourself of what you want to change.
