This habit is pretty simple. . . begin to walk 10,000 steps each day. I didn’t say sprint or run 5 miles. . . just begin to track your steps and get 10,000 steps each day. Let’s talk a little about diet. I start each day with a nice cup of green tea. The antioxidants are powerful healers and it doesn’t have the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, many people still do not eat organic foods. Everyone does on some level, but try looking at your health with a new lens if you feel out of touch with what you’re going through.

You don’t have to let yourself be molded into the corrupt system. If you have faith and trust in your Creator, he will bless you in all of your endeavors. In the end, righteousness is the only thing that will prevail. Everything wicked in this world will be cut down as the grass of the field. Take heed, repent, and make a difference in a world that desperately needs leaders willing to act upon truth and righteousness.
